If you're having trouble signing in because you've forgotten your password, it's easy to reset it through the My Eweka dashboard. Just follow the steps below to create a new password and restore access to your Usenet service.


Step 1: Go to the Reset Page

Open the Eweka Password Recovery page in your Web browser.


Step 2: Submit Your Email Address

Enter the email address that’s connected to your Eweka account. After entering your information, select Reset My Password.


Step 3: Look for the Reset Email

Check your inbox for a message from Eweka containing a reset link. If it doesn’t appear shortly, be sure to check your spam folder.


Step 4: Choose a New Password

Follow the link in the email to access the password update screen. Enter a new password that’s secure and easy for you to remember.


Step 5: Access Your Account

Return to the My Eweka portal and sign in with your updated credentials.
