Quick Fixes to Try First
1. Restart and Retry
Always begin with a full system reboot before a fresh installation attempt.
2. Confirm Device Support
Supported devices include:

Windows 10/11

macOS 11+

Android 8.0+, iOS 13+
3. Grant Admin Access
On Windows, right-click and select Run as Administrator. On macOS, approve installation from System Preferences > Security & Privacy if blocked.
4. Check Internet Connection
A poor or unstable Internet connection can interfere with installation. Switch networks if needed.
5. Remove Previous VPN Versions
Fully uninstall any older versions and delete their leftover directories.
6. Use a Fresh Installer
Download a clean copy from the official Eweka control panel.
