Reactivating Your Inactive Eweka Account

​To reactivate your inactive Eweka account, follow these steps:​

  1. Access Your Account: Visit the My Eweka Portal and log in using your customer number and password.

  2. Initiate Reactivation: Within your account details, locate and click on the “Activate Now” link, marked with a star.​

  1. Complete the Process: Follow the on-screen instructions to finalize the reactivation.​
