How to Contact Eweka Customer Support

Accessing Your Eweka Account

To manage your Eweka account, visit My Eweka and log in using your customer number and password. Please note that passwords are case-sensitive. Within your account, you can:

  • Review account validity and remaining credit.

  • Access server settings for your newsreader.

  • Update your email address or password.

Resetting a Lost Password or Finding Your Username

If you have forgotten your password or username, you can recover your account by logging in with the email address associated with your Eweka account. Follow the steps in the full account recovery guide for assistance.
