Understanding Expired Subscription Status

If your Eweka subscription appears expired, there are a few common reasons this may happen. Begin by reviewing your most recent payment attempt.

Payments can fail due to card expiration, billing address mismatch, or insufficient funds. Check your Eweka account dashboard to see if an update is needed.

Additionally, if you canceled your subscription or changed plans, the account may move to an expired state until the new cycle starts.

Subscriptions paid via alternative methods such as bank transfer may take longer to process. Allow time for manual confirmation when applicable.

Still have access issues? Eweka support is available to help clarify your billing status and reactivate service if necessary.
