Follow the steps below:

  • Check the status of your news server on the Service Status.
  • It is possible that the login details have been changed since your last payment.  Maybe your server address has changed.  Enter your password manually.  (NOTE: The password is case-sensitive).  Check your account details here.
  • If there are no problems with the Eweka server, please contact your Internet provider.
